Download the latest Help File, Hint Sheet and Upgrade Guide.  You need the same unlock password as required for the installers below. (Refer to your license certificate).

New System

This download is suitable for a new install.  Download this file and run it.  Enter the password when requested and follow the instructions.  Contact us or your agent for the install password.  You will also need a permanent license key or a trial key, also provided by your ResMan provider.

Upgrading a v2 System

To upgrade a version 2 system, download and review documentation first.  Then download the installer and follow the instructions.   

Updating an earlier v3 system

For clients with any prior v3 system installed, you can use the above installer to update your system to v3.11.  With all users out of Wombat, download this file (W4R311.exe) into the Wombat \SETUP folder and run it.  You must run it in the wombat setup folder, where it expects to find the setup.ini file, created at the time of initial installation of Wombat.  Enter the password when requested. All users can then restart Wombat without a reboot.  If any users cannot run Wombat from within ResMan, then run the User Setup program on their PC (and logged in under their user name). See the Help file for a summary of changes.

Note: This installer applies the 3.1.1 update, released July 2005.

 

Help File Fix

If you cannot see the Wombat Help File, refer to our support section for the technical reasons.  Download this zip file, extract the enclosed .REG file, and doubleclick it to allow viewing of CHM help files.  Before applying this fix, try the 3.11b update, as our new help file may circumvent this issue.

SKAN Add-on

SKAN add-on  (packaged 22 March 2005)

If you have a working ResMan v3.1x system, you can download this optional module.  You'll need a password on the zip file, which is provided on purchase.  Simply unzip and place the files in the Wombat Programs Directory when all users are out.  Note: If you have previously installed SKAN v3 you do not need this update.  All required changes are encompassed in the v3.1 update above.
