We love solving problems around data and information using innovative thinking, deep experience and leading technologies. Based in New Zealand, we are busy providing consulting services for data analysis and migration, especially in the area of document management systems, migrating from legacy ECM to SharePoint..

From 1994 to 2003 we were based in Australia and developed Wombat IMS and Hierarch Thesaurus under the banner of Metadigm Technology.

Neo Alexander Photography

Staff photos are often the first time a client sees the people they’ll be working with, and Neo believes those images should show real people. AI-generated portraits and heavy retouching are increasingly common, and they make everyone look polished and uniformly perfect. That sameness can come across as artificial, and it can quietly undermine the trust a business is trying to build. Neo’s approach is that a good portrait doesn’t work in spite of a person’s natural character but because of it. He photographs people as they are, in good light and with care, so that when a client sees a colleague’s photo on an email or a profile they recognise someone real and capable.

Editing still has a place, but Neo does it himself and keeps it subtle, so every image stays professional, consistent and true to the person in it. For an organisation, natural photography is a simple way to show that its team is made up of real people.

The service is built around empathy and support. A shoot with Neo should feel relaxed and unhurried, more like a conversation than a process, and the aim is that every client comes away with images that help their business look its best.
